For all warranty claims please provide the following 6 things in the initial email when starting the claim. This is all the information Customer Service needs to efficiently process warranty claims, and this is also extremely helpful for finding parts replacements if it is something that can be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, we will then already have all the necessary information to supply an RA#.

  • Full item number or full description of item (including brake width, boot flex, waste width etc)

  • Model year (If item number is not available)

  • Size

  • Description of Issue

  • Photo of the described issue (more pictures the better)

  • Photo of Customer receipt
